The State Leasing Company was established. Institutional framework was formed and the first agro-leasing programs were launched. Conditions were created to support state and municipal enterprises, as well as organizations with state participation.

The first leasing portfolio was formed and regional expansion began. New directions were developed: agriculture, transport, and industry. Digitalization of processes, as well as “green” and Islamic leasing programs, were launched to improve accessibility and transparency of services.
