On March 4,2026,the State Leasing Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation with the Development Policy Institute (DPI), a Kyrgyz non-profit organization with extensive experience in local government reform, municipal governance development, and regional development projects.
DPI is a Kyrgyz non-profit and non-governmental organization that unites experts with many years of well-recognized professional experience in legislation, public and municipal administration reform, local self-government (LSG), community development, and mass communications. The organization has successfully implemented large-scale projects and conducted conferences, training programs, competitions, information campaigns, and research at the national level.
The signing of the agreement is aimed at strengthening cooperation in improving the material and technical base of local governments through the use of leasing instruments to provide services to citizens, improve living conditions, and ensure the sustainable development of regions.
The State Leasing Company continues to build partnerships with professional organizations to effectively implement state programs and expand support mechanisms for municipal institutions through leasing instruments.
