Internal auditor

Requirements for candidates:

– Higher education in auditing, accounting, finance, or economics;
– At least 5 years of experience in the financial or banking sector, including at least 3 years in internal auditing;
– Knowledge of Kyrgyz legislation, international accounting standards, and internal auditing;
– Ability to competently draft official letters and reports;
– Excellent written and oral communication skills;
– Confident user of PCs and office equipment.

Main responsibilities:

– Planning and conducting internal audits;
– Preparing reports and recommendations for the Board of Directors and Management Board;
– Evaluating the effectiveness of internal control, accounting, and risk management systems;
– Monitoring the elimination of identified violations;
– Interacting with external auditors and regulators;
– Conducting unscheduled audits on behalf of the Board of Directors.

Chief Specialist of the Financial Administration Department

Qualification requirements:
• Higher education in economics;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the financial and credit sector or in data analysis;
• 3 to 6 years of experience in credit administration, including skills in preparing and reviewing credit/leasing files;
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and/or other data analysis tools;
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to visualize and interpret financial information;
• Knowledge of leasing principles and basic accounting;
• Responsibility, diligence, and ability to work effectively in a team.
