Subject of the tender:

The State Leasing Company announces an open tender for the right to conclude a contract for the supply of a new passenger car to replenish the corporate fleet.

Basic requirements for the car:

Type: Business class sedan.
Year of manufacture: Not earlier than 2025.
Engine type: Gasoline, with a capacity of at least 2.4 liters.
Transmission: Automatic.
Color: Metallic black or metallic dark gray.
Equipment: Not lower than “Prestige” (or similar)
Warranty: Official manufacturer’s warranty in the Kyrgyz Republic for at least 3 years or 100,000 km of mileage.
Delivery terms: The car must be new, with no mileage, and not previously registered. Delivery will be made in Bishkek.

The State Leasing Company announces an open tender to select a contractor for the development, implementation, and subsequent technical support of specialized software for automating lease portfolio management processes.

Project objectives:

• Creation of a unified digital environment for maintaining, monitoring, and analyzing leasing agreements.
• Automation of processes for calculating payment schedules, depreciation, and penalties.
• Integration with the Company’s existing accounting system (1C) and CRM system.
• Generation of analytical reports in real time.
• Creation of a personal account for customers with the ability to view payment schedules and transaction history.

Basic requirements for participants:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in developing and implementing complex information systems for the financial sector (banks, leasing companies, MFOs).
• At least 3 successfully completed projects of comparable scale in your portfolio.
• A staff of qualified specialists (developers, analysts, testers, project managers).
• Willingness to provide demo access to similar developed products (if available).
• Legal registration in the Kyrgyz Republic.
