The environmental component of the project is of particular importance. The use of electric transport contributes to reducing emissions from urban transportation and supports a gradual transition toward more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient transport solutions.

The implementation of the project lays the foundation for the further development of sustainable urban mobility and the modernization of Talas’s transport infrastructure through the use of modern technologies.

Contribution of the State Leasing Company

In the project to modernize public transport in Talas, the State Leasing Company acts as a financial partner in the introduction of one of the most promising areas of urban infrastructure development — electric transport.

Under the “Green Leasing” product, SLC provided financing, enabling the city to acquire 30 modern electric buses at once and carry out a large-scale modernization of its public transport system.

The significance of SLC’s participation in this project goes beyond the provision of financing. It also represents the practical implementation of green leasing mechanisms at the regional level. The project demonstrates the potential of state leasing as an effective instrument for supporting environmentally oriented initiatives, modernizing public transport, and developing a modern urban environment.
