Open Joint Stock Company “State Leasing Company” and the Association of Legal Entities “Renewable Energy Power Plants Association” have signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation.
The purpose of this partnership is to develop leasing financing mechanisms for renewable energy projects, expand entrepreneurs’ access to modern energy technologies, support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and attract investment for the implementation of green projects in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Under the Memorandum, the parties intend to collaborate on the development of leasing products for renewable energy projects, mobilization of international financing, implementation of pilot projects, and promotion of energy-efficient solutions for both the private and public sectors.
The signing of the Memorandum marks an important step toward advancing sustainable energy and expanding financing opportunities for projects that contribute to the environmental and economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic.
