The State Leasing Company has implemented an important project by providing vehicles on lease to meet the needs of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic. The goal of the project is to strengthen the material and technical base of the Ministry’s regional offices and subordinate units, as well as to create conditions for more effective operation of social services in the field.
Our Contribution
- 77 Chevrolet Tracker vehicles were leased, fully adapted for operation under various climatic and road conditions of the country.
- The total financing volume exceeded 102 million KGS.
- The vehicles were distributed across all regions of Kyrgyzstan, ensuring that social sector specialists working directly with the population were provided with reliable transport.
Results for the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic
- promptly responding to citizens’ requests;
- delivering targeted social assistance to low-income groups;
- organizing trips to remote and hard-to-reach areas;

The implementation of the project was supervised by:
- The Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- The State Leasing Company.
Project Significance
A comprehensive approach made it possible to implement the project within the established timeframe and cover all regions of the country. With our support, the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic received modern vehicles, which strengthened the human and organizational capacity of the social protection system and improved its accessibility for the population.
