In 2025, Tash-Moynok Aiyl Okmotu received specialized equipment, which has made it possible to carry out a number of important works independently.
Previously, significant difficulties arose during engineering and коммунальные (municipal) works. For example, during the reconstruction of 2.5 km of clean water pipelines and irrigation canals, it was necessary to use rented equipment, which resulted in additional costs and required extra time.
Similar issues were observed in waste collection and territory maintenance, including the mini-football field. Due to the poor condition of outdated equipment, it was necessary to request external machinery. Moreover, the delivery of spare parts used to take on average 3–4 weeks, significantly delaying the work process.
At present, the situation has improved considerably. Thanks to the acquired equipment, key works are now carried out independently by the aiyl okmotu, promptly and without additional expenses. Waste collection and other municipal services are provided in a timely and uninterrupted manner.
As a result, the quality and accessibility of municipal services have improved for a population of more than 15,000 people.
Additionally, the possibility of leasing out the equipment is being considered, which will allow generating additional income for the local budget and directing it toward further infrastructure development.
