Project Objectives
- modernization and comprehensive renewal of the municipal and specialized vehicle fleet;
- improvement of the quality of sanitary cleaning and maintenance of urban areas;
- ensuring the timely implementation of road, repair, and emergency restoration works;
- strengthening the technical capacity of municipal services;
- creating conditions for the further development of urban infrastructure.
Significance for the City
The implementation of the project is important for the sustainable development of Manas City and for improving the quality of municipal services. Modern specialized machinery enables municipal services to carry out daily tasks more efficiently, including sanitary cleaning, household waste collection, road and public space maintenance, landscaping, and servicing of engineering infrastructure.
The comprehensive renewal of the vehicle fleet also expands the municipality’s own technical capacity to carry out construction, road, and emergency restoration works. As a result, conditions are created for more efficient municipal services and the consistent improvement of the urban environment.
Contribution of the State Leasing Company
The State Leasing Company ensured a comprehensive approach to upgrading the technical base of municipal services by combining the acquisition of 53 units of machinery and equipment for various purposes within a single project.
Through the leasing mechanism, the city was able to strengthen several areas at the same time, including sanitary cleaning, road maintenance, landscaping, construction, and emergency restoration works. This approach made it possible to go beyond the replacement of individual vehicles and to establish a more complete fleet of equipment for the day-to-day needs of the city’s municipal services.
